| Environmental
Strategies, Inc. was established in Arizona in 1989. Since its inception,
Environmental Strategies has completed over 1400 asbestos abatement
projects. These projects range in scope from small, residential
jobs to large, multi-phased, commercial projects. The company's
philosophy of offering a professionally executed service at the
most reasonable price possible has established Environmental Strategies
as a reliable and well-regarded firm, and is a major player in the
Arizona asbestos abatement arena in Southern Arizona. Currently,
Environmental Strategies employs approximately forty (40) staff
members, including three (3) Project Designers, three (3) Building
Inspectors, two (2) Management Planners, ten (10) Contractor Supervisors,
and twenty-two (22) Abatement Workers. This number is considered
our core work force.
Environmental
Strategies' clientele ranges from homeowners to multimillion dollar
companies as well as government entities. As the firm's size and
experience has increased, a wide spectrum of project types has been
undertaken, from simple seam tape removal in a single family residence
to insulation removal from a Challenger/Lear jet aircraft. Environmental
Strategies has also done charitable work for organizations such
as the Tucson Ronald McDonald House.
The
fact that Environmental Strategies is also a general contracting
firm assures clients that the firm is knowledgeable in building
systems. In fact, on several occasions, a client has hired Environmental
Strategies to do both abatement and tenant improvements.
Environmental
Strategies has developed a good working relationship with officials
from both the Pima Department of Environmental Quality and the Arizona
Department of Environmental Quality, as well as with various training
organizations in the area. Environmental Strategies always strives
to stay in complete compliance with all local, state and federal
regulations. This commitment is evident in that we have never had
any citations from any of the regulatory agencies, including the
Environmental Protection Agency or the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration. Our staff places great importance on keeping abreast
of any regulatory changes affecting our industry. Continuing education
is encouraged to review and consider "state of the art" procedures
and equipment. |
